In centuries past, day to day life for South Tyrolean farmers and their families centred around the traditional farmhouse parlour. Every crack and notch in the stoveside bench has its own story to tell of life in the olden days.

Our farmhouse parlours are erected on foundations that have remained unchanged for more than 500 years. As soon as you enter, you’ll be struck by the simplicity of the low-ceilinged parlours. The old pine panelling exudes a familiar woody fragrance. Naturally, no farmhouse parlour is complete without a fireplace – where the fire is always lit on cold winter days, filling the room with soothing warmth.
